Official Rules and Regulations

> Abide by the following rules as stated:
No alcohol 12 hours prior to competing.
No physical contact with a competitor with the exception of safety.
No offensive clothing will be worn with foul language, sexual explicit pictures or slander to
another religion and or ethnic background.
No drugs with the exception of physician prescribed medication.
Obey local laws of the host nation.
No filming is allowed during the actual competition by bystanders.
All equipment will be inspected by the ISCA’s judges prior to competing.
No judge will score a competitor who is familiar to them or has a prior relationship of any kind.
Competitors or their family members will not solicit any products to anyone else or the ISCA’s sponsors.
Competitors will be present and on time per the event schedule.
ISCA official will be made aware of any emergencies or illnesses of the competitors or their families so that we may
assist in anyway possible.
Only traditional masks will be used during competition, no full face masks.
Competitors and family members will be respectful of all others at all times.

> Responsibility of Competitors
Competitors will be responsible for providing proof of Scuba Diver Certification, date, level and physicians letter if warranted. All medical conditions must be reported and screened by the ISCA’s medical staff, which will reserve the right to make the final determination on the competitors ability to compete. The ISCA will not be responsible for a competitor's failure to disclose any prior medical conditions and or medications. It is the responsibility of the competitor to arrive with her/his equipment, fully functional and serviced. Fees will be paid prior to arriving to the event, unless otherwise arranged with the administrative team. Notice of any special equipment needed prior to the event will go through the Senior Judge. We have a zero tolerance policy for disrespect and sexual harassment against other competitors, family members, local nationals and the ISCA’s staff. Remember to obey all the laws of our host country.

> ISCA Safety Statement
The ISCA is dedicated to safety first and foremost. At no time will there be an instance where we will substitute fun for safety. In the diving world, anyone at anytime may have the ability and authority to cease all functions for safety of any and all competitors, judges or bystanders.
